Hey Change Makers!

Once again, thank YOU for helping us exceed our goal. Since the campaign ended on Friday we have hit the ground running to bring Genusee to life in the timeline we have promised you. 

We are currently making final revisions perfecting the Roeper frame, down to the finest details, before our tooling (mold) is ordered and cut. This tool is one of our most expensive investments and will be with us for years to come. 

Keep a look out for your follow up survey next week where you will be able to choose your frame color and lenses. If you want prescription lenses please have your recent prescription on hand. If you script isn't current we suggest you visit your local optometrist for an eye exam.  

After numerous people reached out about having missed their chance to pre-order their Genusee frames during our Kickstarter campaign we quietly launched an Indiegogo. So let your peeps know, we are all about second chances and they can still pre-order a pair of Genusee frames HERE.

Hey Change Makers, 

TOGETHER WE MADE THE CHANGE!  

We exceeded our $50k funding goal. 

This could not have happened without each of your generosity and belief in Genusee. 

We are so excited to bring you along on the journey as we begin hiring our first employees and making the first eyewear in Flint, Michigan this summer.

In other good news - Tune in to ABC World News Tonight with David Muir to see Genusee featured during the Made in America segment. 

We have 23 hours left of the campaign. Once the campaign ends you will be receiving a follow up survey which will allow you to select the color of your frames & the kind of lenses you would like. (Keep an eye out in your inboxes!)

If you are ordering prescription: please have your current prescription on hand - we will need you to send a copy for verification. You will also be able to upgrade to High Index Lenses, Blue Filter, Progressives, Prescription Sunglasses at a competitive additional cost. If you have any questions about this process or need recommendation on what kind of lenses are best suited for your prescription please message us - we are happy to help.

Hey Change Makers,

It is the final week of our Kickstarter and we need YOUR help in sharing the Genusee mission with your communities.

We only have 3 days left to meet our goal and are 80% of the way there. 
Kickstarter is “all-or-nothing." If we do not meet our goal we receive nothing and have to start all over. This will further delay our ability to start manufacturing glasses in Flint and hiring our first employees. Let’s not allow this to be the outcome.

Your money matters. Every dollar you spend is an endorsement of a product, a company, and their associated values. Make sure that they reflect who YOU are. Endorse your future.

Since our Early Bird Specials SOLD OUT - and after numerous emails and questions from backers, family, and friends about the option to order two pairs; we heard you and we listened. 

We just added a Two Pack Special for $189. 

If you have already backed the campaign and are wanting 2 pairs please either increase your pledge amount to $189 or adjust your pledge and select the new reward level. 

You can mix and match your color and lens choices when you receive the follow up survey once the campaign is fully funded and ended.
