All Orders Have Shipped

Hey Changemakers -
As of last week we have shipped all of your orders.
We have been receiving some emails from backers that they have not received their glasses. If you have not received your order please:
1. Make sure you have filled out Backerkit survey.
2. Check your tracking info that would have been sent through Backerkit.
3. If you ordered prescription glasses please make sure you sent us a valid copy of your prescription, including your PD (pupillary distance). You can email a copy to us at [email protected]
4. If you have any other questions about your order just shoot us a an email at [email protected] - we are here to help and will make sure your order gets to you.
We realize there may be some exceptions and we appreciate your patience.

Hey Changemaker!
GOOD NEWS: We have began shipping the bulk of our orders this week. Starting with our Super-Early Bird Backers.
SAD NEWS: We will not be shipping in the multi-use case. The case is taking significantly longer than anticipated and we cannot promise a concrete delivery date on it at this point.
We promised you delivery of your glasses by December, so we are committed to delivering on that deadline and want you to have your glasses to enjoy before Christmas.
When we have more concrete details on the completion of the multi-use cases, we will keep you updated - and if you want one we will make sure you receive one.
We are so excited to see you in your glasses and know you are going to love them! Please tag us in photos on social media using #WeAreGenusee so we can share them with our community.

Hey Change Makers!
A few exciting updates: We have hired and trained our first two Flint based employees. We worked with the MADE Institute and are committed to hiring and empowering returning citizens in the Flint community.
We are moving ahead of schedule for fulfillment - we have the majority of all of our non-rx sunglasses ready to ship.
The timeline on our multi-use case being completed has been pushed back due to engineering of the tooling. We don't anticipate to have the cases ready until around Thanksgiving. (which is still ahead of schedule of our promised ship date by the end of December)
Because we do have a significant amount of our orders ready to go we wanted to give YOU the option of waiting for your glasses to be shipped with the multi-use case OR if you would like them NOW they will be shipped in their "Be The Change Polishing Bag" - Please send us a response via email [email protected] if you would like your glasses shipped now without the multi-use case.

Hey Change Makers -
Long time no talk.
We have been in the trenches perfecting the details of the Roeper Frame to be production ready. It is & we are off and running.
We have made our first hire who starts next week and they will be trained on post processing and assembly of your frames at our lab in Flint.
Good news: We are on track to be delivering your product on time.
We can't wait to see you in your Genusee frames.
